the weekend

Yesterday was mothers day. That can be easy and hard at the same time, but when you're around those who care about you it becomes that much easier. This was the case for me this year, thanks to my amazing girlfriend and her mom making me feel at home. They don't read this so I feel like I can go into detail. But basically, they (in a extremely short amount of time) have made me a part of their famiy. Her mom, Terry, helps me with appointments, makes amazing dinners, and is always cracking the best jokes. Her graciousness is being recognized by SFUSD in two days (wednesday) at a award ceremony and she sure as hell deserves it. Saturday we had dinner with the family, and Sunday me and Cierra went to see Avengers: Age of Ultron. Sick movie! I know Iron Man would beat up the Hulk.
